We operate two non-hazardous landfill sites close to the main motorway networks in Central Scotland and we accept waste from local authorities, waste management companies and local businesses. Here, you can dispose of typical non-hazardous waste and difficult-to-handle wastes, like international catering waste. The two sites handle over 170,000 tonnes of waste per year.
Depending on contamination levels we can screen the solid waste and use the outputs for basic engineering purposes.

Leachate treatment
Our leachate treatment plant at Ladybank treats thousands of litres of water each year and can treat effluent from landfill or groundwater contamination. After we’ve removed ammonia and other contaminants, we send the treated effluent to the sewer network for safe disposal.
